Fault test unit (built-in)
• Adopts 12.1in large screen, knob and mouse control, and bright LCD display, which is suitable for outdoor use under sunlight. The distance measuring part of the main unit is powered by lithium battery, which is convenient for on-site testing and has strong stability.
• Using the latest integrated communication technology, the acquisition signal is stable, the host can automatically select eight sampling frequencies from 3.125MHz to 400MHz, and self-adaptive pulse width, which can meet the test requirements of cables with different lengths, reduce prediction errors and improve test accuracy.
• The software realizes fully automatic identification and search of low-voltage pulse and multiple pulse wave heads, automatic clamping of waveform fault inflection points, automatic reading and display of fault distance, waveform display in three areas on the same screen, random display of ten measured waveform for selection on the same screen, and automatic and manual processing modes, enabling dual clamping operation of waveform. The double cursor movement can be accurate to 0.5meters, improving testing accuracy and reducing waveform errors.
• Built-in measured waveform and physical wiring diagrams for on-site testing comparison and daily learning, and can automatically generate and print test reports, which can be retained as cable operation and maintenance records.
High frequency high voltage power supply unit
• Touch screen human-computer interaction, easy setting and operation, intuitive and convenient instrument status display.
• It has the functions of voltage regulation, automatic voltage stabilization and automatic protection.
• The output high voltage has the functions of single pulse and continuous pulse, and it cooperates with the fault tester and fixed point instrument to find the fault point respectively.
• The output high voltage has a DC output, which can work with an external ball gap, and has multiple applications.
• The software controls vacuum shock spark discharge, self-adaptive discharge and pulse cycle.
• With emergency stop button, automatic discharge function, emergency stop or shutdown automatic step-down discharge, safe and reliable.

Fault test unit
• It adopts a 12.1in large screen, knob mouse control, high-brightness LCD display, suitable for outdoor use in the sun, lithium battery power supply, convenient on-site testing. Engineering plastic chassis, shockproof and moisture-proof, with strong stability.
• The flash tester with WIFI module and SIM interface can realize the remote transmission and technical support of measurement data by mobile terminal. It adopts integrated communication technology, the acquisition signal is stable, and the host can automatically select eight sampling frequencies from the lowest 3.125MHz to the highest 400MHz, with adaptive pulse width, which can meet the test requirements of cables of different lengths.
• The software realizes three automatic switching methods: low-voltage pulse method, flash current method, and multiple pulse method. The wiring is simple and the test is intuitive. The test waveform knee point is fully automatically identified and searched, the waveform fault knee point is automatically positioned, and the fault distance is automatically read and displayed.
• The waveform is displayed in three areas on the same screen, and ten measured waveform are randomly displayed on the same screen for selection. At the same time, two modes of waveform position verification are realized, automatic and manual processing, and the test waveform data storage, playback and analysis functions are available.
